Welcome to Narranga Public School, a school that is proud of the achievements of its students and staff.
Narranga Public School provides quality learning programs, which emphasise the development of basic skills, as well as offering opportunities for social, cultural and sporting advancement. Our students work in a happy, disciplined and caring environment, which provides for their individual needs, abilities and aspirations.
Our school choirs, band and dance group perform regularly at assemblies, musicals and in concerts around the district. We participate in Public Speaking competitions.
Our sporting teams are thoroughly trained, competing in Softball, Rugby League, Athletics, Cricket, Soccer, Touch Football, Swimming, Rugby Union, Australian Rules and Netball. School teams have reached State Championships in one or more of these sports in each of the past ten years.
The school has an outstanding library, which is visited weekly for research and borrowing lessons by each class. Nearby is our purpose-built computer room, where students from Kindergarten to Year 6 are taught a range of computing skills in their weekly lessons.
