Year 5

Carole Proctor

5P is a happy, creative class who enjoy learning. We are involved in technology, sport, music, drama and anything that puts a smile on our faces!

We will be going to Canberra this year and we are really looking forward to it. We will even visit Taronga Zoo on the way back.

Matthew Parkins

We have 28 students in our class from varying International and local heritage. We have 18 boys and 10 girls. During term 1 so far, we have looked at Narratives and what a great story looks and sounds like. In Mathematics, we are looking at Fractions, multiplication, angles and 3D shape.

In Science, we have been looking at Earth's place in Space, the moon and its roll, and what our neighbouring planets consist of. We are looking forward to our Cross Country, and the major excursion of the year in term 3.

Kathryn Spagnolo

5S are enjoying settling in to the new year!! We are excited to travel to the snow/Canberra in August. This year we are working on building resilience and being a part of a team. I look forward to a positive year in 5S!!!!
